In the darkness
She sits watching silently
Thinking many thoughts
She is disturbed and restless
She writes down some thoughts
but knowing that writing them down isn't working
She still knows what
She feels deep inside
But it's beyond what words can describe
And beyond total understanding
It's nothing she asked for
Nothing she's ever wanted
But she knows no matter
What that her feelings will never totally go away
Not even if she tried
To push it out of her mind
It's like it's haunting her
